Welcome to participate in ICF Sweden's continuing education together with ICF Finland

Description

Inclusion is about more than participation—it is about people feeling welcomed, heard, and valued. In this webinar, we explore what inclusion means in coaching both individuals and teams, and how you as a coach can help create environments where multiple perspectives are welcomed.

Learning Objectives

You will explore key concepts and reflect on how your approach influences whether clients feel included or excluded. We will also look at how inclusion connects to ICF’s core competencies and ethical guidelines, and how an inclusive coaching perspective can deepen your understanding of how clients perceive their situation, challenges, and opportunities.

This webinar is the third in the DEIB series (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging).

Welcome!

We meet online

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting in the confirmation email sent to the email you provide when you register.
