23 April 17:30-19:00

Welcome to participate in ICF Sweden's continuing education together with ICF Finland

Description

Diversity is more than what we see on the surface. Like an iceberg, a person’s identity consists of layers of experiences, perspectives, and values—many of which are invisible but influence how we act and communicate.

Learning Objectives

In this session, you will explore different ways of defining diversity, reflect on what diversity means for you and your clients, and see how it connects to ICF’s core competencies and ethical guidelines. You will gain practical insights and reflection questions to strengthen your ability to create inclusive, conscious, and ethically grounded coaching relationships.

This webinar is the first in the DEIB series (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging).

Welcome!

We meet online

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting in the confirmation email sent to the email you provide when you register.
