ICF Professional Coaches, Global board members welcome you to an event in connection with the Personal & Chef fair in Stockholm, Sweden 

The event take place on September 29, 2022 at 13.30 – 15.30 CET at Victoria Tower – conference center (next to Kistamässan).

This is the first in person ICF event in Sweden for almost 3 years and we hope to meet you there!  ICF members of the Nordic Chapters (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland) are invited to the event. 

There will be presentations and interactive discussions covering the following areas:

  • ICF Professional Coaches - Global Strategy 
  • How the Global Strategy will impact the Local chapters
  • Membership growth through the local chapters 
  • How to effectively position your coaching practice in the market place

The Personal & Chef fair is a unique combination of both networking with ICF, industry colleagues, the industry and skills development within the three T:s Trust, Technical Solutions and Teamwork, which permeate the fair floor. 

On September 29, at 10:50 – 11.20 CET ICF Sweden will present on stage together with Företagarna and the Procurement Authority discussing "Best results through the right procurement of coaching".

    Linda McLoughlin
    MCC - ICF Professional Coaches - Global Board Member

    Linda McLoughlin MCC is an award-winning coach and founder of Leadership Works specializing in coach training; executive education and gender intelligence. Linda is a serving member of the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors 2019-2022. She was awarded 'Coach of the Year' and 'Mentor Coach of the Year’ and is an accredited Master Certified Coach and a licensed facilitator of a range of psychometrics. She is based between Dublin and Dubai. Linda was a previous Board member of ICF Ireland Chapter and is very active in the UAE Chapter. Linda is an expert in executive and leadership development and has worked across Europe; the Middle East; Africa; USA and South America. She is co-author of two books on leadership and change and an engaging conference speaker on coaching and leading. She is also a Reiki Master and avid traveler.

    Kaveh Mir

    Kaveh (MBA, MSc, MAPPCP) works with Executives in critical psychological processes such as thinking, motivation, learning, sensation, perception and emotion using Positive Behaviour Change.

    Kaveh’s interest and passion are in performance, engagement, well-being, transition and leadership.

    Kaveh has extensive experience in working in organisations at different stages of life cycles and management styles. He has coached senior executives from international organisations such as Deloit, Salesforce, Lego, HSBC, Novartis, Mars, Funding Circle, CNN, Warners Bro, Google and JT International.

    Before starting his career in executive coaching for 19 years, he had various senior executive roles. He was the founder of a technology start-up firm – responsible for all aspects of the organisation design and development, support, training, marketing, and sales. He completed a management buyout from 3is and worked very closely with appointed 3is directors to complete the MBO. In 2008 successfully conducted a merger and acquisition– responsible for organisation redesign and cultural change post-merger

    Emily Kamunde - Osoro

    Emily is the Founder & Director of Rise & Learn Limited, a Human Resource Consulting Firm. She is also the Kenya Partner for Erickson Coaching International, an organization committed to providing ICF Accredited programs and represented in 85 countries with more than 45,000 Erickson Coaches. Emily has over 15 years’ experience, having worked for Kenya Airways and Syngenta & Jubilee Insurance where she served as Group Head of Human Resources. She is experienced in HR strategy development, Leadership, change management, Coaching, Career and organizational development having supported various countries across Africa & Middle East

    Emily was named Manager of the Year in 2014 during Company of the Year Awards (Kirit Dave Award) organized by Kenya Institute of Management. She is also a member at the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

    She has previously served as a Council Member for the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya and is the past President for ICF Kenya Chapter.
