As part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, we are proud to offer our popular Core Competence webinar series in English.

This initiative is designed to support non-Swedish speaking coaches at all levels, while also welcoming Swedish coaches who wish to practice and strengthen their coaching skills in English.

Deepening the Craft

The series aims to elevate our collective understanding of the ICF Core Competencies. Rather than a traditional lecture, these sessions are built on the foundation of collegial learning:

  • Active Engagement: Each session starts with a brief introduction, followed by deep-dive discussions in breakout rooms.
  • Your Contribution: We move beyond the basics; you are expected to arrive prepared to share your unique perspectives and professional experiences.
  • Preparation: We encourage you to review the ICF Core Competencies (2019–2025) beforehand. Reflect on your challenges, your "aha" moments, and the professional insights you’d like to exchange with your peers.

Logistics & Credits

  • CCE Credits: Each session is granted 2 CCE credits.
  • Flexibility: Feel free to join the entire series or select the individual sessions that best align with your current development goals.

ICF-diploma in coaching & volunteer for ICF Sweden in the DEIB area

Alireza, has a diploma in coaching and international experience in leadership development and transformation. He works with executives and teams to build change readiness, foster psychological safety, and drive behavioural and cultural adoption in global, multicultural organisations. He is a member of the ICF Sweden Charter Chapter, contributing to DEIB initiatives and supporting non-Swedish-speaking coaches.
