Anna is an ORSC Front of Room Leader and a member of CRR Global’s faculty. She coaches senior leaders and teams in an incisive, pragmatic style, drawing on a strong business background. She was previously a faculty leader at NUS Business School, where she developed and taught a compulsory MBA course on leadership influence.

Nairy McMahon, PCC
Speaker

Nairy founded CRR UK, which holds the ORSC license for the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries and has trained more than 1,500 coaches in relationship systems work. Through Radial Change she coaches boards and executive teams through rapid change and uncertainty, helping them find alignment, balance unity and diversity, and turn natural tension into clarity.
